Our focal research areas are in the MAP tri-frontier region—Madre de Diós in Peru, Acre in Brazil, and Pando in Bolivia)—as well as in the eastern part of the Amazon, including the estuary-delta region in the Xingu and Tapajós basins, in Brazilian states of Pará, Mato Grosso, and Amazonas.
